We’re very excited to have Diana Viselli and her dancers back to Red & White Ball for 2011. This year, they will be performing a burlesque number.
Diana has been exclusively all over the Toronto art scene for the past four years. Fusing dance styles such as hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, theatre, Latin, ballroom and African, Diana has created pieces for many major events and productions. City on the Move, hosted by The City of Toronto, Z103′s Summer Rush, Toronto International Dance Day, Factory Theatre’s Lab Cab Carnival, Aba Entertainment Bazaars, Toronto Pride Week and Red & White Ball are just a few. She choreographed and performed for emerging artist, Coko Galore, promoting her debut album “Those Girls” (2009). To date, Diana has instructed over 2,000 students ranging from beginner to professional, ages 2-65 across Toronto, Buffalo Academy of the Arts and at a worldwide conference, “Dance and the Child” in Jamaica!

While most of Red & White is spent chatting, posing for pictures, browsing the prizes, and cutting a rug on the dance floor, we also provide several brief pieces of entertainment. We’re glad to have Diana Viselli and her dancers entertaining us this year.
